Legoland Windsor Resort is welcoming dogs into the attraction for the first time, as its new festive initiative, Paws in the Park, gets underway. The programme began on Sunday 30 November and will run every Sunday throughout December, allowing families to bring their dogs to the resort during its Christmas celebrations.

The scheme has been introduced to ensure no family member misses out on the seasonal activities. Visiting dogs and their owners can explore the resort’s Christmas Kingdom, which includes live entertainment, a festive brass band accompanied by a Nutcracker character, and seasonal LEGO® building.

Dogs on Father Christmas’s nice list will also be able to visit him during meet-and-greet sessions and hand over their own wish lists. Each dog will receive an exclusive Pop Badge marking its first visit to Legoland Windsor Resort.

Paws in the Park will run every Sunday in December, with Santa meet-and-greet slots available each week except Sunday 28 December

Ramesh Ganeson, Vice President at Legoland Windsor Resort, said, “Christmas is about everyone being together and making awesome memories, so that’s why this festive season we’re welcoming furry canine friends into the park. Paws in the Park is a first for us at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and this festive season, we want to create joy, magic, and play. This is a truly paw-fect way to celebrate the Christmas season with the entire family.”

Dog owner and resort guest, Gemma Todd, said, “In the past we’ve had to arrange someone to stay behind and dog-sit which can limit our days out. Paws in the Park is a great initiative for all the family as it means our beloved pooch can now join in on the festive fun.”

Paws in the Park will run every Sunday in December, with Santa meet-and-greet slots available each week except Sunday 28 December. Guests bringing dogs should enter through the admissions gates and visit Guest Services on arrival to complete a Dog Owner Information form before exploring the resort.

A £10 Pet Pass is required for each dog, and owners must follow the resort’s entry guidelines. Pet Passes are available to purchase online. Standard tickets for Legoland Windsor start from £34 per person, with children under 90cm admitted free.
