England and Wales are facing a ban – not only of Bully XLs, but potentially of all stocky smooth-coated dogs taller than 19 inches. The Government’s definition could just have given a minimum height and said they’ve if they’ve got a chunky head, four legs and a tail – that is a Bully XL. Is is that sketchy.
