Blueberry Biscuits For Your Dog

You will need:
A Baking Tray
A Rolling Pin

Ingredients:
140g All Purpose Flour
40g Fresh Blueberries
50g Smooth Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
60ml Water
200g Plain Non-Fat Yoghurt

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to gas mark 4 (180°C)
Add the flour, vegetable oil, peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of honey together into a large bowl.
Mix with your hands until resembling bread crumbs.
Add in the blueberries and water and mix until it forms a sticky dough.
Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the dough.
Cut the dough into scone-sized circles.
Places biscuits on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes.
To make the icing, mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of honey with the plain yoghurt.
Once cooled, dip the biscuits into the yoghurt icing and leave to set in the fridge for 45 minutes.
Keep the biscuits in the fridge for up to a week.
